For more than 15 years, I have had the pleasure of doing something I not only love, but have a passion for; creating delicious cakes for life’s most significant moments. I pride myself in creating the freshest, moistest and most delicious cake you will put in your mouth. In fact, my cakes are always made fresh to order, never frozen.
I have many flavorings and fillings to chose from, however, my secret butter-cream icing recipe quite literally "takes the cake" where my creations are concerned. Not to be forgotten is my chocolate ganache icing, so rich and decadent it’s sure to satisfy every chocolate lover’s palate. If you haven’t had the opportunity to sample any of my creations, I would love to provide a sampling tray for your next gathering or office luncheon.
Many of my creations are designed with customizable, edible images and fondant(by request) accents; If you desire a specific memory, be it a personal photograph or memorable quotation, this works perfectly with edible images.

I like to push the envelope and will try almost anything,just ask! Sculpted cakes will be charged on a cake by cake basis depending on the size,materials and length of time it takes to complete the cake and amount of servings. Time is a big factor because sculpted cakes take a lot longer to complete than a conventional round or square cake.
All my cakes are iced with butter cream icing, other flavors and fondant are by request. I also offer edible designs. If fondant is
used on a cake: decoration, designs, figures,etc... It will be priced on a cake to cake basis. Of course I can repeat a design, but it won't be exactly the same because I don't like to use plastic ornamentation, unless by your request... All figures and designs you see are all hand made with fondant and gum paste. So the materials used and the time taken to complete the cake and amount of servings will determine the cost of a cake. Just tell me what you have in mind and I am sure we can come up with a great design for your special occasion! I would love to design something for you that will make your guest ohh and ahh.
